Directions: Apply directly to eye lashes with eyes closed first if wearing mascara, do not rub but allow to soak in. Dampen your fingers and apply a small amount to damp face gently massaging into skin around eyes, face, and neck. Rinse away immediately with slightly warm water. Follow with toner and face lotion.
